Storage Areas

  1. Storage compartments in the lower level are rented by unit owners and may be used only by residents of the Pelham Bay Owners.
  2. Monthly fees for storage are paid directly to the agent designated by the Board of Managers.
  3. Contents permitted in compartments are outlined in contract between storage agent or vendor and Unit Owner; no flammables or chemicals.
  4. Distribution of storage compartments shall be conducted by designated agent on a first come first serve basis.
  5. Based on demand and available space, the Board of Managers will arrange to construct additional storage compartments.
  6. Storage compartments are rented by unit owners through Management and such use is subject to a leasing agreement. Monthly fees for storage are paid directly to Management.
