- Storage compartments in the lower level are rented by unit owners and may be used only by residents of the Pelham Bay Owners.
- Monthly fees for storage are paid directly to the agent designated by the Board of Managers.
- Contents permitted in compartments are outlined in contract between storage agent or vendor and Unit Owner; no flammables or chemicals.
- Distribution of storage compartments shall be conducted by designated agent on a first come first serve basis.
- Based on demand and available space, the Board of Managers will arrange to construct additional storage compartments.
- Storage compartments are rented by unit owners through Management and such use is subject to a leasing agreement. Monthly fees for storage are paid directly to Management.
